ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

Overview

We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator who can help us more effectively accomplish our mission as a team. The person in this role is responsible for managing the general areas of functioning within the Microloc Mastery Training and Certification Program and Naturally Beautiful Hair Care. This will include communicating information and interacting with current students, members, potential clients and collaborators. This person will also play an active role in outreach and development including internet, social media, and email communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintaining our administrative channels, in line with our team mission and values..
  • Ongoing communication with past, current, and future students and members.
  • Manage, organize and input client information into database systems.
  • Resolve user queries and support needs and in a timely manner (within 24 hours).
  • Review and respond to comments and direct messages on social media platforms, by established process and engage with online community as necessary.
  • Assist with organizing and overseeing social media posting platform.
  • Outreach via phone, email and other means past and present students, members, partners, and collaborators.
  • Assist with marketing and recruitment.
  • Participation in regular phone/video meetings.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience providing administrative assistance to businesses, small businesses and/or entrepreneurs, preferably in an online format.
  • A thorough understanding and embodiment of our content.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Professional and courteous written and telephone manner.
  • Highly organized and able to create an organized and easy-to-follow system for others.
  • Independently motivated, with the ability to take on tasks and duties without immediate direction.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and duties simultaneously.
  • Intermediate level of experience with productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google products, and more.
  • A quiet home work environment, including: a computer, cell phone, and high-speed internet.
  • Answer all emails, online queries, and phone messages daily.

SCHEDULE AND HOURS:

This is a Part time/Contract position. The number of hours is between 10-20 hours per week, primarily between the hours of 9 am and 6 pm EST. Hours can be flexible, but consistency in schedule must be maintained.

COMPENSATION:

This position pays between $15 - $20 per hour, depending on experience.
